Arabian Tours Booking Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Dubai tours, desert safaris, attraction tickets, activities, transfers, holiday packages and other travel services booked through www.arabiantours.travel.

Please read these terms, along with the information and cancellation policy shown for your selected experience, before completing a booking.

1. Website Operator and Contracting Party

Arabian Tours is a travel brand and online booking platform operated by Voyano Travel LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Commercial Licence No. 1641965, with its registered address at C-075, Hor Al Anz, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “Arabian Tours,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the website operator identified above.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bookings made through this website are contracted with and processed by the legal operator of Arabian Tours.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, submitting a booking or making a payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• You have reviewed the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to your booking.
• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• The information provided by you is complete and accurate.
• If you are booking for other travellers, you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

These terms must be read together with the tour description, inclusions, exclusions, restrictions and cancellation conditions shown on the relevant experience page, quotation, voucher or booking confirmation.

If a specific booking condition differs from these general terms, the condition clearly disclosed for that particular booking will apply.

3. Dubai Tours and Travel Services

Arabian Tours offers a selection of travel experiences in Dubai and across the UAE, including:

• Desert safaris and desert activities;
• Dubai and Abu Dhabi sightseeing tours;
• Dune buggy and quad-bike experiences;
• Attraction and theme-park tickets;
• Dhow cruises and boat tours;
• Private and luxury tours;
• Transportation and airport transfers;
• Hotel and accommodation arrangements;
• Holiday packages; and
• Other travel-related services.

Some services may be arranged or operated directly by us, while others may be provided by independent tour operators, hotels, transport companies, attractions or other third-party suppliers.

Additional supplier conditions may apply and will be communicated where reasonably available through the experience page, quotation, ticket, voucher or booking confirmation.

4. Booking and Confirmation

Submitting a booking request or making a payment does not automatically guarantee availability.

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• The required payment has been successfully received or authorised;
• Availability has been verified; and
• A booking confirmation, ticket or voucher has been issued.

An automated payment acknowledgement may not constitute final confirmation where supplier approval or manual verification is required.

Please check your booking confirmation immediately and notify us if any details are incorrect. We will not be responsible for problems resulting from incorrect names, contact details, dates, pickup information or other information supplied by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel a booking because of:

• A pricing or technical error;
• Unavailability;
• Payment failure;
• Suspected fraud;
• Incorrect customer information;
• Safety concerns; or
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel a booking for one of these reasons, any amount properly due for refund will be returned through the original payment method.

5. Prices and Tour Inclusions

Tour prices are displayed in UAE dirhams or another currency selected on the website.

The final price and included services will be displayed before payment or specified in your written quotation or booking confirmation.

Unless expressly stated, prices do not include:

• Personal expenses;
• Optional activities or upgrades;
• Tips and gratuities;
• Meals or drinks not listed as included;
• Travel insurance;
• Visa or immigration charges;
• Hotel tourism fees;
• Additional transportation or waiting time;
• Currency-conversion charges; or
• Services not specifically listed in the booking confirmation.

Prices may change before a booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the price will not normally change unless:

• The customer requests a modification or additional service;
• The information provided by the customer was incorrect;
• A government tax or mandatory fee becomes applicable; or
• The change is permitted under the specific booking conditions.

6. Online Payments

Payments made through www.arabiantours.travel are collected by the legal operator identified in Section 1.

The name VOYANO TRAVEL LLC may appear on your card or bank statement. This confirms that your payment was made to the authorised operator of Arabian Tours and not to an unrelated business.

We may accept Visa, Mastercard or other payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your country, card issuer and payment provider.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method;
• The payment and billing information is correct; and
• You authorise the applicable booking amount to be charged.

We may request identification or additional verification to prevent fraud or satisfy legal, banking or payment-provider requirements.

Currency-conversion fees, foreign transaction charges or other charges imposed independently by your bank or card issuer remain your responsibility.

7. Standard Cancellation Policy

Unless a different cancellation policy is displayed for a particular tour, ticket, hotel, package or service, the following standard policy applies:

• At least 24 hours before departure: Eligible for a full refund, subject to any disclosed non-refundable supplier or processing charges.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: A 100% cancellation charge applies.
• Late arrival, failure to attend or inability to participate: No refund.

Cancellation deadlines are calculated according to UAE local time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official email address, WhatsApp number or another cancellation channel stated in the booking confirmation.

A cancellation request is considered received only when it has been acknowledged by our customer-support team.

8. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some travel products may be non-refundable or subject to stricter cancellation conditions, including:

• Attraction and event tickets;
• Dated or timed-entry tickets;
• Promotional or discounted bookings;
• Hotel reservations;
• Air tickets;
• Visa-processing services;
• Private or specially arranged services;
• Dune buggy, vehicle or equipment reservations;
• Services purchased from third-party suppliers; and
• Packages expressly marked as non-refundable.

When a booking is non-refundable, this will be stated on the experience page, quotation, checkout page, voucher or booking confirmation.

The specific cancellation policy displayed for an individual booking will take priority over the standard policy in Section 7.

9. Refund Policy and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method wherever possible.

Refunds are normally submitted for processing within 7 to 30 business days after approval. The time required for the amount to appear in your account will depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

For customer-requested cancellations, non-refundable payment-processing or administrative charges of up to 6% of the amount paid may be deducted where these charges were disclosed and are legally permitted.

No such deduction will apply where a complete refund is legally required because we cancelled the service and did not provide an acceptable alternative.

No refund will normally be available for a tour, accommodation, meal, transfer, ticket or other service that has already been used or commenced, except where required by applicable law.

10. Booking Amendments

Requests to change a booking date, time, number of participants, pickup location or selected service are subject to availability and supplier approval.

A change may result in:

• A price difference;
• A supplier amendment fee;
• A new cancellation policy; or
• Loss of the original booking where the service is non-changeable.

A requested change is not confirmed until written confirmation has been issued.

If a customer requests a change that cannot be accommodated, the original booking and its applicable cancellation policy will remain in effect.

11. Changes or Cancellations by Arabian Tours

Tour schedules, routes, vehicles, pickup times and activity arrangements may occasionally change because of weather, traffic, operational requirements, government restrictions, supplier decisions or safety concerns.

If a material change occurs, we will reasonably attempt to offer one of the following:

• An alternative date or time;
• A comparable replacement service;
• Credit for future use; or
• A refund for the affected service, where appropriate.

Minor changes that do not materially affect the overall experience will not normally provide a right to cancellation or refund.

If we cancel a service and no suitable alternative is accepted, the customer will receive a refund for the cancelled portion.

We will not be responsible for unrelated costs such as flights, accommodation or transportation arranged independently by the customer, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

12. Pickup Times and Locations

Customers must provide an accurate:

• Hotel or pickup location;
• Room number, where applicable;
• Mobile or WhatsApp number; and
• Booking reference.

Pickup times may be approximate because of traffic, shared transfers, weather and operational conditions. Customers must remain reachable and be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time.

The booking may be treated as a no-show if a customer:

• Provides an incorrect pickup location or contact number;
• Cannot be contacted;
• Is not present at the agreed location;
• Arrives after the scheduled departure; or
• Misses the experience because of personal delay.

No refund will normally be provided for a no-show or missed pickup caused by the customer.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and booking information;
• Reviewing the experience description and restrictions;
• Arriving at the designated location on time;
• Following all safety instructions;
• Carrying valid identification and travel documents;
• Treating staff, guides, drivers, suppliers and other guests respectfully;
• Informing us about relevant medical conditions or mobility requirements before booking; and
• Ensuring that the selected experience is suitable for all participants.

We may refuse participation without refund where a customer:

• Behaves dangerously, abusively or unlawfully;
• Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• Creates a safety risk;
• Refuses to follow reasonable instructions; or
• Does not satisfy the stated participation requirements.

14. Health and Safety Requirements

Certain activities—including desert dune bashing, quad biking, dune buggy experiences, water activities and adventure tours—may involve physical exertion or inherent risk.

Restrictions may apply to:

• Pregnant guests;
• Young children;
• Elderly participants;
• Guests with mobility limitations; and
• Persons with back, neck, heart or other medical conditions.

Customers must review the activity requirements and obtain medical advice where necessary.

Participation may be refused where reasonably required for safety. All safety instructions, age limits, identification requirements, equipment rules and waivers imposed by the activity provider must be followed.

15. Travel Documents and UAE Visa Services

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance and other documents required for their journey.

Where visa assistance is offered, approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authority. Payment for visa-processing services does not guarantee approval.

Visa application fees and processing charges may become non-refundable after an application has been submitted or processing has commenced.

We are not responsible for visa rejection, immigration decisions, processing delays or travel disruption caused by missing or incorrect documents supplied by the customer.

16. Independent Travel Suppliers

Hotels, transport companies, attractions, activity operators and other suppliers may operate as independent businesses.

We exercise reasonable care when selecting and arranging suppliers, but their services may also be governed by their own operating rules, safety requirements and cancellation conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for an independent supplier’s act or omission that is outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for a failure, delay or change caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather or natural disasters;
• Road closures or major traffic disruption;
• Government restrictions;
• Public-health emergencies;
• War, civil disturbance or security incidents;
• Strikes or transportation disruption;
• Attraction or venue closures;
• Supplier failure beyond our reasonable control; or
• Technical or telecommunications failures.

Where reasonably possible, we will assist affected customers with rescheduling, suitable alternatives or refunds according to the applicable booking conditions and UAE law.

18. Complaints and Customer Support

If you experience a problem during a tour or activity, please notify the guide, driver, supplier or our customer-support team immediately. Reporting the issue promptly gives us an opportunity to assist while the service is taking place.

Formal complaints should include:

• The booking reference;
• Customer’s full name;
• Date and name of the experience;
• A clear description of the issue; and
• Relevant photographs, messages, receipts or other evidence.

We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and investigate them within a reasonable period.

19. Liability

We will provide our booking and travel-arrangement services with reasonable care and skill.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to a booking will be limited to the amount paid to us for the affected service.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, missed independently arranged services or expenses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection legislation.

Information may be shared with payment providers, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, attraction operators, immigration-service providers and other suppliers where necessary to process or fulfil a booking.

Please review our Privacy Policy before submitting personal information or completing a booking.

21. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Arabian Tours name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, tour descriptions and other materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator unless otherwise stated.

Website materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of the Arabian Tours name, logo or website content may result in legal action.

22. Acceptable Website Use

You must not use this website:

• For fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• To submit false or speculative bookings;
• To interfere with the website’s security or operation;
• To upload malicious software;
• To collect information about other users; or
• To reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission.

We may restrict website access or cancel bookings associated with fraud, misuse or unlawful conduct.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

We may update these Terms and Conditions for legal, operational or business reasons.
